SHIPPING POLICY

 

All U.S. ORDERS

• All orders over $75 (after discounts, before taxes) have the option to ship for FREE in the U.S. Orders under $75 ship at a flat $10.00 flat rate.
• Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. We try to ship the same or the very next business day when possible. 
• You will receive a tracking number via email or text once your order has been packaged and scanned at the post office. 
• Please allow for extending shipping times during Holidays and promotions sales event due to high order volumes.

 

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

• Vallajar Gentlemen's Reserve is not responsible for any inaccurate billing and/or billing addresses. Any additional shipping & handling fees occurred due to incorrect information provided at checkout is the sole responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

• International shipping is available to select countries.
   Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only. International customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
