Return and Exchange Requirements

Return and/or Exchange Requests MUST be made within 14 days of delivery. 

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
• Sample Kits
• Soaps
• Unliked Fragrances: We are 100% compliant with the International Fragrance Association’s (IFRA) guidelines and offer trial size to ensure you don’t end up with a fragrance you don’t fully enjoy.
• Allergic Reaction / Skin Sensitivity issues - Please review our listed ingredients prior to purchase.
• Shipping Fees - Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Refund

We’ll process a one-time refund for the product subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, or other fees).
